Contcacted the Workshop yesterday morning about a brake problem. I was not feeling confident enough to bring it in myself so asked if i could arrange collection. The car was picked up shortly after that and i was contacted that afternoon to say the car was now fixed!!  WOW, it was absoultely outstanding customer service. In 1992 I bought my first car from Graham at Aitken-Walker Cars and today (January 2020) I have just purchased a lovely VW polo there from his son John.
